Materials quality
For our fendercovers we use only polyester. Why?
- It’s a less hydrophilic fiber, so hardly absorbs water
- It’s possible to dye colours resistant to light and wet
- It allows to spin hard fabrics without long fur. That means less salt crystals when water evaporates. Salt crystals are the main cause of scratches on the side walls of your boat.
- It lasts longer than other common fibers thanks to its strength
- It’s a very stable fiber
- You can wash it 40°
- No need to iron
